Shipping policy

We charge shipping rate that increases as additional items are added to your cart. The increase allows us to pay for the cost of shipping as well as any handling fees associated. Most orders ship within 5-10 business days but may take longer (10-14 business days) to ship if we have high influx of orders or issues out of our hands, for example: weather, etc. Large orders may require additional time to process as well. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with USPS or UPS tracking number.

We are not responsible for any lost/missing packages after your order as shipped. Please contact shipping courier.

We are not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect address from customer's mistake. We can resend at customer's expense.

If we're at fault for returned package, we will gladly re-ship.
